How long will it take my order to arrive?
Processing time is 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) and shipping time depends on the carrier option you select at check-out. Wagboards offers both UPS and USPS/Canada Post. Please note that processing time and shipping time are distinct phases. The processing time encompasses the steps from order placement to shipment, while shipping time is the duration your package is in transit. It is always best to order 2-3 weeks before the date you need your order.

Do you offer any options for dogs with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Wagboards are hand-made with love and can be adjusted to accommodate dietary needs. In the notes section at check-out, make sure to include dietary restrictions and Wagboards can adjust the ingredients to match the needs. Keep in mind this means your special board may look a little different from the product pictures posted online; you're getting a truly customized experience!
How do I store my Wagboard?
Wagboards are shipped in a vacuum-sealed package so if you aren't sharing the snacks with your pup immediately, you can leave the packaging as-is and store the board in a dry place away from direct sunlight, like in a cabinet. You do not need to refrigerate the non-perishable shipped boards.
If you are local to Atlanta and receive a perishable board with fresh produce, you should store it in the fridge up to 3 days.
How long will my Wagboard stay fresh?
Snacks on the Wagboard will last 6+ weeks when stored properly in an air-tight container. If you have leftovers, they are perfect as meal toppers or as high-reward training treats!
What are the available sizes for Wagboards?
Standard Wagboards are on 6" compostable palm leaf platters. The Party Wagboard is on a 10" compostable palm leaf platter.
Can I include a personalized message or note with my order?
Yes! There is a notes section at check-out where you can include a short (1-2 sentence) note that will be hand-written and placed in the box.
